Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 12 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a full fee being charged. Exceptions are made for emergencies.
Payment: Payment is due on the day of the treatment. Accepted methods include bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and cash.
Health and Safety: Clients should inform the therapist if they have been ill or have had symptoms such as fever, cough, or loss of taste/smell. The therapist may also cancel the appointment if they feel unwell.
Privacy: Client information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
Gift Vouchers: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They usually have an expiration date.
Insurance: Package Treatment Plan: Combination of Treatment Service is covered under Private Health Fund. For Remedial Treatment Service, client should check with their Private Health Fund Provider.
